Course outline

This course is ideal for learners wanting practical help, advice and support to manage your own and others anxiety, build confidence and identify barriers and goals.

Learn life coaching skills to coach yourself and others to achieve identified goals. Use learnt skills to make an action plan back into employment, career change, volunteering or starting your own business.

You will receive help and advice on how to improve your confidence.

Entry requirements

There no formal entry requirements however you must be aged 19+ and have access to a PC or laptop with a camera and audio accessibility.

Teaching & assessment

Tutors will give regular verbal and written feedback. You will be required to complete a short workbook and encouraged to set your own personal targets as part of this course.
