Course outline

We are constantly creating documents in our everyday life. There are different formats and layouts that should be followed when certain documents such as letters, memos and reports are produced.

This course is designed to teach people who have little knowledge about how to format letters, memos and documents. The course will teach you the general rules and conventions and give you the opportunity to understand the use of Microsoft Word, including the use of shortcut keys. The course will also help with basic keyboarding skills teaching you touch typing techniques.

If you work full time and are busy we know that it can be very hard to make time for learning something new, which is why this course takes place one evening a week for a couple of hours to allow you to fit it into your already busy schedule.

We are looking forward to sharing our enthusiasm for the use of Microsoft Word with you.
