BiYP

Believe in Young People (BiYP) is a charity which both prepares and places young people into the world of work. Founded in 2012, we bring together educators and employers to offer young people the best possible chance to find a job or successfully apply for an apprenticeship. Two out of three of BiYP students are either hired or offered an apprenticeship - a success rate we are incredibly proud of and wish to expand to schools up and down the country.

We started BiYP because of our passionate belief that every young person leaving education, should have the necessary tools and confidence to help them forge their own career path and find their dream job. We have created a new and innovative service that transforms careers advice.

BiYP provides a tailored end-to-end experience for each young person from Year 7 to Year 13 - taking them step-by-step through their own personal journey, to gain the knowledge, skills and experience they need to enter the workplace.
