Fast-track degree in Professional Policing

Nottinghamshire Police have introduced a brand new degree which is being offered by the University of Derby and commences in September 2020. The degree is a two year fast track’ or accelerated’ degree in Professional Policing and this forms part of the College of Policing’s Pre Join Degree’ entry route into policing.

This two-year degree is pioneering in so far as no other University in the country is currently offering a two-year fast track degree in Professional Policing; all pre-join degrees at present are of three years duration.
