Counselling could help you with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, self-esteem, eating disorders, relationship problems and other issues which may be affecting your life.

Counselling with Kooth

Students aged 16 – 24 who live in the city, who are registered with a Nottingham City GP can access free counselling from Kooth, which provides online support with 24hr messaging and chat rooms and face-to-face sessions. For more information, please visit The Kooth website 

Insight IAPT

Insight IAPT’s Talking Therapies provides help for people with anxiety, depression and other similar difficulties. The service is Free and funded by the NHS. You can contact them directly on 0300 555 5579.

The service is available to anyone living in the county of Nottinghamshire who is aged 18 and above. The service provides help for people experiencing common difficulties such as:

  • Low Mood
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Panic
  • Anger
  • Phobias
  • Family problems
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Loss
  • Bereavement
  • Trauma
