Early Years and Supporting Learning

If you have a natural aptitude for teaching and want to make a difference to young peoples’ lives, Nottingham College is the place for you.

By studying with us, you’ll stay ahead of the competition whilst networking with fellow practitioners and sharing ideas and examples of good practice.

You’ll be taught by industry professionals who have first-hand experience within their field. With a growing demand for qualified practitioners working in the Early Years sector, you’ll be well placed to progress your career when you graduate. In fact, 92% of all students said that their overall experience on the course prepared them well or very well for future employment or further study. At Nottingham College we hold an excellent reputation for childcare with our very own Ofsted Outstanding nursery provision. We also boast extensive links with industry players and childcare providers, as well as being the largest providers of Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Supporting Teaching and Learning qualifications in the East Midlands.

Our students come from a great range of backgrounds and careers, so you’ll have lots of opportunities to share good practice, exchange experiences and learn from each other in our small study groups. You’ll benefit from a great support network whilst on the course.
