Thank you and we’ll see you again in September 2021.

2020 saw us bid a fond farewell to The Adams Restaurant and turn the page to look ahead to our exciting move to superb new facilities in Nottingham College’s City Hub, where we opened as Fletchers in May 2021.

So that’s a wrap in our kitchen, thank you to everyone who visited our home in the City Hub over the last few months, since we were finally allowed to open our doors. It’s been a whirlwind and we’ve been delighted to see so many familiar faces as well as repeat bookings from new diners too over the past few months. We open again in late September for our regular weekday lunch service and themed menu evenings and events too. You can see which menus may appeal to you and make a booking here.

Fletchers is a restaurant that is staffed by our students who are being trained by industry professionals and therefore Fletchers Restaurant operates in term time only and closes during in the summer months. We will open again once we’ve welcomed both our new students and got our returning students back up to speed come the new academic year.

Location and opening times

Our new Fletchers restaurant is situated in the recently opened Nottingham College City Hub campus and can be accessed easily using public transport. If you are travelling by tram alight at the tram stop next to the train station (less than 5 mins walk) or by bus at the new Broadmarsh bus station (also less than 5 mins walk). If you are walking from the city centre then you can use the stairs next to the Nottingham Contemporary.

Lunch: Wednesday to Friday (12:00pm - 1:30pm)
Dinner: Wednesday and Thursday (6:00pm - 7:30pm)
