You can check the progress of your application through your Learner Hub account. On the My Applications page, you will find all the course applications that are linked to your account. If you have applied for multiple courses, you will see multiple applications. Each application will have a progress tracker and show which stage you are at.

If your application has an exclamation mark, this means that something is outstanding that needs to be completed. Make sure you check your email for any actions that have been requested from our admissions team, such as missing information or, in some cases, uploading evidence requested.

Your application may show as “On Hold” if there is something that needs attention or action.
