To study at High Pavement Sixth Form, you need at least five GCSE’s, including English and Maths, at grade 4 or above. 

Our preference for entry is five GCSE’s, including English and Maths, at grade 5 or above.

Some subjects have higher entry requirements to ensure you can manage the course content.

Each A Level subject provides the entry requirements on the course page. We also have a programme entry page that provides all A Level subjects we offer and their GCSE English, Maths and any other requirements in a table to compare these more easily.

It is not possible to resit any GCSEs while studying on the A Level programme. If you do meet the entry requirements for A Levels, you will be directed to an alternative vocational pathway.
