I've lost access to the email address on my Learner Hub account
Your Learner Hub account is linked to an email address the first time it is set up. A username is also created from the initial part of this email address e.g. if your email was example123@gmail.com, the username would be example123, unless this has already been taken.
If you have lost access to the email address on your Learner Hub account, you can change it yourself if you can still log in with the original email address (which can be used as the username) and your password. The My Details page allows you to change the email address on your account, and the change will be reflected immediately.
If you do not know the password, you will not be able to reset it yourself at this point, as our Learner Hub system will send any password reset verification link to the email address that you do not have access to anymore.
You will need to speak to an adviser who can change the email address on your account for you and/or reset your password. We recommend using an email address that is not linked to your school or internet service provider, as these will eventually expire when you leave school or if you change internet providers.
You can use a variety of free email service providers, including Gmail (Google), Outlook (Microsoft), or Proton Mail.
