Does the college have my exam records?
If you need a copy of your exam results from us, whether we can provide this will depend on when you completed your course at college.
We will have a record of your exam results on your student record. You may request a copy of this. The copy we provide may not be suitable as evidence for some requirements, and your exam certificates may be required instead.
Nottingham College is unable to provide replacement exam certificates as these must be requested directly through the examination board your qualification was awarded by.
Unfortunately, Nottingham College does not hold any records of previous exam results for students who studied before June 2017. This is due to data retention policies for previous student data and the merger of various colleges over time.
This includes the following former college names, which are now defunct due to mergers and no longer exist:
New College Nottingham (NCN)
Central College Nottingham
South Nottingham College (SNC)
Castle College Nottingham
Broxtowe College
Clarendon College
The People's College
Arnold and Carlton College
Basford Hall College
Replacement Certificates
To obtain one or more replacement certificates, you will need to contact the awarding body that you achieved your qualification with directly.
Please note: This is a chargeable service, and each exam board sets the cost and fees for this service.
If you do not know the exam board for your qualification, look for past paperwork or search via Ofqual to identify which exam board (such as AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR, or WJEC) issued your qualification.
Some exam boards may now be known under a different name or have merged with another examination body since a qualification was taken.
