How to set up your instalment plan
To begin setting up your instalment plan in our online payment system you will be asked to provide your Student and Instalment plan ID. Entering this information will find the instalment plan for your course fees that needs to be paid and allow you to begin the process. Enter this information and use the "Continue" button.
After entering your student ID and instalment plan ID, you will be asked provide your name, first line of your address and postcode to provide basic information that will be associated with your payment plan. Use the "Pay in Instalments" button to continue.
You'll now need to create an account, this is to link your payment plan to an email address, this will also provide easy access if you want to view your payment plan information later on. Use the sign-in with Google option to either use an existing Google/Gmail account you may already have, or you can create one. A new account will be created through Google but you can use an existing email address you may have such as Outlook/Hotmail, Yahoo or other email services.
You will now be presented with your plan information with a reference number, description and total amount. The total amount will be spread across a series of monthly payments, use the "Calculate my plan" button to continue.
The total amount provided on the calculation page in step 3 will now provide a payment schedule summary detailing the breakdown of the monthly payments that will be taken for each month. To confirm and agree the payment plan, use the "Set up my plan" button.
You will now be asked to provide a payment method to finish your payment plan transaction. Our payment system supports all major Mastercard and Visa Credit and Debit cards. After entering a valid payment method, you may also be asked for further security checks related to your transaction.
After completing the payment stage, you will be prompted to store the card that was used. In order for each monthly payment to be taken, you will want to store your card details. You can do this by using the "save" button.
After following these steps, you have now successfully set up your payment plan and your course fees will now be paid in instalments as outlined in step 5. If you have any questions or queries regarding your payment plan, please contact our income team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
