Our Credentials
Nottingham College offers an extensive range of university-level programmes, coupled with excellent facilities and resources.
The calibre of our higher education provision has been nationally recognised both by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) and Nottingham Trent University, who validate the Foundation Degree and Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Top-up Degrees.
The College is also an accredited Edexcel centre for the delivery of Higher National programmes (HNC/HND). Nottingham College and Nottingham Trent University (NTU) have a long history of working together. Nottingham College was in fact granted Delegated Centre status by NTU in September 2003 and remains so to this day.
On top of all this, Nottingham College was incredibly proud to be awarded the Queen’s Anniversary Prize for Higher and Further Education in 2012 at a ceremony held at Buckingham Palace. The Queen’s Anniversary Prizes is a biennial award scheme within the UK honours system and is the highest award open to a UK academic or vocational study institution. The honour recognises the achievements of the institution rather than an individual or team.
