The Wolds Childcare, Willow Brook is looking to employ an Early Years Educator Apprentice to join our team, we offer great career opportunities in nursery nursing within the highest quality caring environment for our children.

We have a strong team of qualified professionals, including university graduates. We demand high standards and to ensure that we are at the forefront of best practice, our staff undergo constant training in different areas of childcare and within the EYFS statutory framework.

Alongside standard childcare qualifications, our staff hold additional qualifications in areas such as child behaviour, Forest School learning and first aid.

  • Ensuring the sessions are a safe, positive, stimulating and happy learning environment
  • Contributing to the children and families developing confidence, satisfaction and motivation required fo learning
  • Supporting each individual child and their family to meet objectives, providing praise, encouragement and support
  • Learning children’s preferred method of facilitation, communication and individual objectives
  • Always valuing and respecting the potential for development and transformation in all children
  • Creating educational resources for the children to use in their Conductive Education sessions
  • Setting up and tidying classrooms with equipment, furniture and teaching resources
  • Developing and updating classroom display boards, providing attractive and eye-catching displays for the children and families
  • Being a positive member of the education and charity team, helping with other general duties as required, and always working in accordance with the charity’s operational policies and procedure

We are a small, private nursery group dedicated to providing the highest standards of childcare and Early Years education. All three of our settings have been rated ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted, a tribute to the dedication and hard work of our caring staff team. Our private nursery group is bespoke-designed at each site and perfect for providing full day-care to children aged between 6 weeks and 8 years.
