How to apply

Starting an apprenticeship with Nottingham College couldn’t be easier. Simply follow the steps below to gain your perfect apprenticeship.

Step 1: Finding your ideal apprenticeship

Your first step will be to find your perfect apprenticeship. You might have a good idea already about the kind of job that you’re interested in or you might want to do a bit of research first.

Step 2: Research your career

Next, you’ll want to research your chosen career path and the minimum qualifications or experience that you’ll need to gain an apprenticeship. To get started, head to the National Apprenticeship website and search for your chosen career path.

Step 3: Find a vacancy

Now that you’re found the right career for you, you’re ready to apply! There are several ways that you can apply for an apprenticeship.

The first option would be to search our vacancies that are ready to start straight away. With over 100 vacancies on our website, there is plenty to choose from. Once you’ve found the vacancy that’s right for you, you can apply online using our simple application form.

If you can’t find a vacancy that interests you, then you can register your interest in gaining an apprenticeship in a subject area that matches your chosen carer path. Our apprenticeship team will then do their best to place you in the best possible job.

Alternatively, you can search for a vacancy on the National Apprenticeship website and apply directly through them.
