A starting salary of £33,742 for full-time lecturers, with opportunities for progression and development. Teaching colleagues have 45 days holiday plus bank holidays and 8 dedicated days each year for continuing professional development. We fully fund teaching qualifications for those joining us from industry — empowering you to teach while you learn. We invest in your success by providing time during your day to advance your skills and earn your qualification.

What support can I expect?

As a new teacher there is a range of support available, which can include: time off timetable, teaching induction, a structured 20-week mentor framework, early career framework support, access to 1-1 support with the Teacher Development Team and support to work through the best pathway for you to become teacher qualified. This is in addition to our 'extraordinary welcome' where all new colleagues in their first few weeks meet our senior leaders and hear more about the college.
