News: All the fun of the fair
Trapeze artists, fairground rides, a big top with live music, sports and enrichment tasters, and an array of tasty treats, are just some of the great things on offer to Nottingham College students as part of our circus-themed Freshers’ Fair on Friday 13th September, at our London Road campus in the city centre.
The event has been organised by the College’s Wellbeing team, and encourages new starters as well as our current students to come along to meet new people, speak to the services you can access at College, suggest new student societies, and get a general feel for College life.
Entertainment and activities during the day include: performances by our very own Music and Performing Arts students, fairground rides (£1 a go), an indoor marketplace with a range of stalls from College services and external visitors, as well as FREE pizza and candy floss.
On top of all that, we have visitors from Notts County Football in the Community, NUH Sexual Health Service and British Sign Language, to name a few.

You will have been given an allotted time slot, depending on which campus you’re based at. If you’re not sure when this is, please speak to your tutor!

Last year’s beach-themed event saw more than 2000 students in attendance. Check out a few photos below!
