News: Fast Track Sport Academy welcomes School Sport Nottingham.
Nottingham College and their Fast-Track Sports Academy are delighted to announce another new exciting partnership with School Sport Nottingham.
The college sports students will help support Nick Robb and school sport Nottingham in a wide range of events that are scheduled at Harvey Hadden Sports Village throughout the academic term.
Ranging from multi sports, athletics, handball and boccia to name but a few of the events, the Nottingham Sports students will have some great opportunities to put theory into practice.
Fast Track Academy Director Gary Horsley said: “It is great news to continue working with Nick and the wonderful events that are provided for Nottingham school children. This will allow our learners to put theory into practice and provide some excellent vocational development.
Nick Robb at School Sport Nottingham comments: “We are delighted to continue to link with Nottingham College and excited to see how the learners grow into their event roles and it should prove to be an excellent partnership that will grow as the initial ideas are put into place.”
Ollie Judd, Fast Track Manager, added: “This creates a wonderful opportunity for our learners to really get involved in event management, coaching and officiating for a wide range of sports. This is what the vocational programmes at the college are about and should prove to a real challenge for our learners. It will provide some great CV building and should be great fun too!”
