The College’s Adams Restaurant is hoping to inspire diners on Wednesday 15th January with a special five-course vegan tasting menu.

Based in The Adams Building in The Lace Market, the College’s commercial training restaurant will join a host of eateries across the country this January, in support of Veganuary — the month-long pledge to follow a plant-based diet to reduce the suffering of animals, help the planet and improve personal health.

The restaurant and its talented trainee chefs have put together a delicious menu with dishes including: Vietnamese rice paper rolls, chilli soy dipping sauce; Marmite roast potatoes, watercress sauce, tarragon and almond dressing and spiced poached pear, biscuit disk and pear gel for dessert.

You can book your table online or by calling: 0115 9104 510. The Restaurant hosts a number of themed evenings throughout the year so keep an eye out on the College website.
