Who we need & what you will bring

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the English and Maths department for a motivated and organised individual to become a Campus Manager at Highfields & London Road.

We are looking for an outstanding and inspirational teacher who has a specialism in maths.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of motivating colleagues to raise attainment across a wide range of students, you will take the lead in developing schemes of work and monitoring the Quality of Education delivered within the area.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and be a proactive and motivated individual. As a manager you will be responsible for supporting and developing the English and Maths team at Highfields & London Road campus.

The role will involve collaboration with Assistant Principal at Highfields & London Road campus and cross college teams such as MIS, you must have the ability to form supportive working relationships to be successful within this role.
