Who we need

The central point and purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative support for the development and delivery of the OneFile e-portfolio project at Nottingham College. The primary aim is to offer students the best possible experience with this e-portfolio system.

Key challenges, responsibilities, and opportunities include:

· Providing administrative support for the transfer of students from one e-portfolio system to another

· Maintaining tracking systems, monitoring plans and schedules, ensuring the project progress according to plan, and collating necessary information

· Monitoring performance of projects against contractual targets and support in collating and presenting information as required.

What you’ll bring

The ideal candidate should be an experienced and organised administrator with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects across a diverse organisation effectively.

The most critical and essential skills/experience areas required are:

· Experience in carrying out administrative roles, including arranging meetings, minute-taking, diary management, data collation, and database updates.

· Sound working knowledge of current IT systems and confidence in using them effectively.

· Experience in developing, planning, and delivering projects on time while meeting deadlines.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well with students, colleagues, and professionals.

· Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, with skills in analysing situations and recommending constructive solutions.
