Course outline
On this course, we will look at what anxiety is and how we can use the anxiety cycle to understand this in more depth and learn some coping strategies.
We will explore and practise different techniques to manage anxiety. We will relate this to other areas of personal development such as identity, confidence building and achieving goals.
There will be a mix of theory and some practical relaxation exercises to sample.
The course will be relaxed and flexible to suit individual learner needs.
