Community Learning and Employability

Community Learning

Whatever your reasons for thinking about getting back in to education, we can support you every step of the way at Nottingham College.

Our short beginners and improvers courses take place in community venues. They attract people who want to meet new friends and discover something about themselves. You’ll feel right at home in our welcoming and friendly environment.

Most of our adult learners find the short community courses very appealing as an easy transition back into the classroom.

If you’re aged over 19 and looking to return to full time learning, there are free courses available to adult learners. You can find out more about funded courses here.

Employability

Are you looking to get back into the workplace?

We have a range of employability courses including application and interview skills, computing for beginners and qualifications such as Food Safety in Catering.
