Course outline
Mindfulness can help us develop personal awareness and manage our own physical and emotional health and wellbeing.
This course is practical and informative to will give you an enlightening look at the basic mindfulness principles, it will enable you to be more in the moment and appreciate your life.
Community classes are first steps into learning for many adults, enabling them to find out more about a subject of interest in a welcoming, inclusive local venue.
From September 2024, funding changes mean that courses primary aim is to support students into further education or employment opportunities (paid or voluntary). If students wish to continue studying the same subject on a leisure basis, it may be possible to set up full cost courses, subject to tutor and room availability.
