| Entry requirements | There are no formal entry requirements just an interest in catering or developing your baking/pastry skills. You must be aged 19+. |
| Teaching & assessment | The tutor will give verbal feedback throughout the course. |
| Progression | You can progress to the Entry 3 Certificate in Introduction to Hospitality course. |
| Additional information | Please wear an apron and fully covered shoes to the classes. |
