There are no formal entry requirements just an interest in catering or developing your baking/pastry skills. You must be aged 19+.

Teaching & assessment

The tutor will give verbal feedback throughout the course.

Progression

You can progress to the Entry 3 Certificate in Introduction to Hospitality course.

Please wear an apron and fully covered shoes to the classes.
