On this course, we will explore our identity, values, beliefs and where these came from. We will also identify barriers and challenge and change limiting beliefs.
We will also learn the cycle of change and relate this to ourselves, explore ideas and concepts to help us move forward, take action and control and explore this in relation to anxiety, confidence and achieving goals.
There will be a mix of theory and some practical relaxation exercises to sample.
The course will be relaxed and flexible to suit individual learner needs.
You will learn techniques and strategies to manage and cope better with change.
