If you have left school without the GCSE results you had hoped for, or have been out of education for some time and want to return to learning, you’ve come to the right place!
There are a range of GCSEs to choose from, so you can keep your options open for what you’d like to study in the future. These include: English, maths, physics, chemistry, biology, sociology, history, geography, and psychology.
At Nottingham College, we are recognised for the specialisms offered in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM). In particular, the College was the first organisation in the region to achieve the STEM Assured status.
You will study the programme over one year, with friendly and supportive teaching staff. It is an intensive course which aims to help you build the skills and knowledge you need to achieve grade 4/grade C or above in specific subjects. If you don’t already have English language and Maths GCSEs at grade 4/grade C or above, one or both will be included in your four options. These two GCSEs are often specifically required by universities and employers and will help set you up for any future career.
The GCSE programme requires a lot of self-motivation and commitment, but in return we’ll be there with you every step of the way. Your future is important to us!
