Professional Cookery Advanced Diploma Level 3

Taking your cookery passion and skills to the next level of expertise, this course offers advanced training in the cookery profession.

Working in our award-winning Adams Restaurant and Brasserie at least once a week will give you a good feel for what it’s like to work in a fast-paced environment and what’s expected of you at this level.

This course will allow you to leave college with some really valid work experience and a great portfolio to show prospective employers.

Often taking the lead on service, under the guidance and support of your tutors, you will be able to excel in the skills needed to run a kitchen.

Our Clarendon centre has state-of-the-art kitchens where you will be able to hone your skills to perfection.

You will also be able to prepare your own menus and maybe even see them in action at the Adams Restaurant.
