The hospitality industry is a fast growing area of employment, offering you the chance to work in a range of exciting environments in London, across the UK and around the world.

All of our foundation degree pathways in this area will develop your skills, knowledge and experience to help you get the most out of working in a management role in this industry.

We offer three pathways to the foundation degree: culinary arts; events; and hotels, resorts and restaurants.

Graduates with an events foundation degree could go on to successful careers as conference and exhibition organisers, wedding planners, sports event managers, festival organisers or charity fundraisers to name a few.

We have links with local, national and international companies who regularly look for graduates to join their management training programmes.

There is a strong practical approach to the course, with core business and management modules enhanced with pathway-specific modules. You’ll develop a broad range of skills and an understanding and appreciation of the hospitality industry.

All of the tutors have excellent, in-depth knowledge from working in the industry themselves.
