College Strategy 2026-29
Nottingham College is proud to launch its new Strategic Plan 2026–29, Future Now, which sets out our shared priorities and direction for the next three years.
The new strategy is an evolution of the 2023-26 strategy rather than a revolution. While the world around us continues to change, our commitment to our mission remains the same – ‘We unlock potential through learning.’ Our values will also continue to guide everything we do as we work together to deliver on the ambitions set out in Future Now.
The new plan outlines how we will build on our strengths, respond to new opportunities and challenges, and continue making a positive impact for our students, colleagues and communities.
Nottingham College Accountability Agreement 2026/27
An Accountability Agreement 2025/26 sets out measurable steps for a college to improve its offer and make its provision more responsive to local need. Introduced by the Department for Education this year, colleges are required to publish their agreement. Nottingham College’s Accountability Agreement links closely with its newly published Strategic Plan.

Following the release of our strategic plan originally published in March 2023, the third updated report has been created for 2025/26 to assess the impact.
