Apprenticeships

Looking to hire an Apprentice?

Here at Nottingham College we have a wide range of Apprenticeship frameworks which link to all kinds of roles; plumbing, retail, marketing, motor, IT, beauty, hospitality... you name the vacancy and we'll find the right person to fill it.

Still not sure? Consider...

  • Apprentices are cost-effective – a low cost option to grow your business when compared, for example, to hiring graduates or experienced professionals. If you're thinking about moving into a new area of business but want to limit your financial risk, why not test the water with an Apprentice?
  • Funding and Grants available to apply for - if you're a small to medium sized business, you may qualify for a grant and/or some funding to help towards the cost of an Apprentice.
  • Fresh ideas and creativity - Apprentices bring loads of fresh ideas with them. For example, does your business need to improve its social media presence or reach out to new audiences? An Apprentice could help you break in to those new markets.
  • Grow your own talent - 90% of Apprentices stay in employment after completing their qualification – which means you can develop your staff your way and help them have a long-term impact on your business

If you're interested in hiring any of our current potential apprentices or you have a vacancy in mind, please get in touch with us today. We have a dedicated Apprenticeships team which specialises in recruiting people with the skills you need.

Call us on 0115 945 7260 or email business@nottinghamcollege.ac.uk and one of our recruitment advisors will be in touch with you.
