If you want to make the most of your food shopping and would like to learn to cook delicious, nutritious meals, this course is for you!
The course includes:
- Introduction to kitchen, health and food safety
- Batch cooking
- How to use cheaper ingredients to create nutritious meals, for example.

Additional information | Please wear and apron and fully covered shoes to each class. |
