Who we need & what you will bring

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Maths department for a motivated and organised individual to become a Campus Manager of maths at our Adams campus.

We are looking for an outstanding and inspirational teacher who has a specialism in Maths.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of motivating colleagues to raise attainment across a wide range of students, you will take the lead in developing schemes of work and monitoring the Quality of Education delivered within the area.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and be a proactive and motivated individual. As a manager you will be responsible for supporting and developing the Maths curriculum and leading a team of Maths teachers to ensure we provide the very best experience for our students that are resitting this subject alongside their vocational studies.

The role will sit within our English and Maths leadership team and involve collaboration with the Assistant Principle at the Adams campus and cross college teams such as MIS. You must have the ability to form supportive working relationships to be successful within this role.

Those with a background in other phases or sectors of education, with a Maths specialism are encouraged to apply as we recognise the value of wider experience and the transferability of the core leadership skills we are looking for.

Please note - This is a combined full time role, with 0.5FTE Campus Manager & 0.5FTE Maths Lecturer roles.
