What you’ll bring
You will have a wealth of experience in customer service, particularly within face to face environments. Being able to work independently and as part of a wider team. You will be flexible as you will be required to start work at 8am and cover reception services at other campuses.

Who we need
An enthusiastic individual who has exceptional customer service skills. You will champion the “customer first” approach. You will need to be able to work independently, whilst being able to offer information and support to our customers including students, internal & external stakeholders.
