The Level 2 Engineering and Manufacturing Apprenticeship is an entry level programme designed for people who are aged between 16-21 at the very start of their engineering career. It provides the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to build a strong foundation for progression into more specialised technical roles within the engineering and manufacturing industry.
This apprenticeship is ideal for those with little or no prior experience, offering the opportunity to earn while learning in a real working environment. Apprentices will gain confidence working with tools, equipment, and engineering processes while developing the essential employability skills valued by employers.
