Prospective students, parents and school staff are invited to our drop-in Supported Learning Open Evening at our Basford campus. The event will be at The Gateway, located within our Basford campus. Meet the team and explore courses available for September 2026!

Who can you speak to?

  • Staff from a wide range of pathways and courses from Pre-Entry to Level 1
  • Team members who can support you with completing a course application.
  • Specialist support staff to discuss learning support, health and medical needs and EHCP related questions

What you can do at the event

  • Ask questions about courses and progression
  • Get help with your application if you are ready to apply
  • Discuss any support needs in a relaxed, friendly environment

Travel information

Basford is serviced by numerous major bus routes heading out of the City Centre and into other areas of the city.

  • From Nottingham's Victoria Centre take the Nottingham City Transport 70 or 71 (Yellow Line) and get off at Stockhill Lane or Bagnall Road.
  • From the Broadmarsh Centre, Collin Street or George Street, take the Nottingham City Transport 79 (Turquoise Line) to Broxtowe Lane and Nuthall Road junction.
  • The trentbarton Rainbow One service passes our Basford campus (Basford Hall College stop) on Nuthall Road.

The purple line Phoenix Park/Clifton South tram service stopping at the Cinderhill tram stop is less than 10 minutes walk from the back walkway entrance of our Basford campus (located on Babbington Drive, off Bagnall Road).

An alternative tram route is the green line Hucknall/Toton Lane service stopping at the David Lane tram stop, with a 20 minute walk onto Stockhill Lane and the main walkway/entrance road into our Basford campus.

Car parking is available for which parking charges are £4.00 per day and £2.50 for 4 hours of parking (half day). There are parking machines on site or you can pay using the RingGo app.

Parking charges apply Monday – Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. After 4:30 pm parking charges do not apply.
