Music and Creative Music Technology BA (Hons) Level 6

This highly creative music course is one of only a handful of programmes in the country that will allow you to progress from your HND or foundation degree to a full BA (Hons) degree in the subject.

With access to great facilities and performance spaces at our Clarendon campus, you’ll fully explore and develop your musical skills and creativity, allowing you to develop your identity as a musician.

The course would suit both performing musicians and music technologists. It introduces and develops practical skills and theoretical knowledge as well as modes of thought and academic practice.

You’ll have access to a wide range of industry-standard equipment and facilities including a large music venue on campus, five band practice rooms, a Mac/Logic/Ableton Live computer suite, a PC/Cubase music suite, a post-production suite, and three industry-standard recording studios running ProTools HD systems.

The course prepares you for a demanding career in the music industry. You could move into a range of areas including working as a musician, composer, teacher, producer, sound designer, manager or engineer.
