Construction & the Built Environment (Building Services Engineering) HNC/HND Level 4/5

The HND course is not running from 2018, you can only apply for the HNC course.

This HNC is a great course to help you on your way to one of the many professional careers in construction including management, architecture, design, quantity surveying, building surveying and land surveying.

Building services engineers influence the architecture of a building and play a significant role in the sustainability and energy demand of a building. Within building services engineering, new roles are emerging, for example in the areas of renewable energy, sustainability, low carbon technologies and energy management. Building services engineers play a significant role in combating climate change.

By the end of the programme you will have gained significant sector skills knowledge and competence to undertake middle to senior management responsibilities
