Course introduction

This course is perfect if you want to strengthen your influencing skills and learn practical tools and techniques for effectively managing stakeholders and achieving successful outcomes. 

You will learn how to:

  • Clarify who needs to be influenced and what outcomes matter most
  • Understand stakeholders’ personality preferences, priorities, and needs
  • Recognise that a single influencing style does not work for everyone
  • Learn how to adapt and flex approach to suit different stakeholders
  • Practise core soft skills to better understand and engage stakeholders
  • Apply the learning directly to a real, personal influencing scenario
