Cater­ing and Hospitality

Cater­ing and hos­pi­tal­i­ty qual­i­fi­ca­tions can take you all over the world, and we will help pre­pare you for an excit­ing career. 

Many of our stu­dents go onto a wide range of fan­tas­tic glob­al career oppor­tu­ni­ties, made pos­si­ble with our indus­try-recog­nised qualifications. 

You’ll train at our brand new restau­rant at the new­ly built City Hub campus. 

Leg­endary chef Mar­co Pierre White is a big sup­port­er of the Col­lege and often meets stu­dents. You’ll also get the oppor­tu­ni­ty to take part in edu­ca­tion­al vis­its and maybe even nation­al competitions! 

We have strong links with top employ­ers in the sec­tor, so you’ll have lots of oppor­tu­ni­ty for high qual­i­ty work place­ments and work experience. 

We work with a wide range of busi­ness­es, includ­ing: Restau­rant Sat Bains with Rooms, Mem­Saab, Jurys Inn, Annie’s Burg­er Shack, Nation­al Jus­tice Muse­um, The Rud­ding­ton Arms, Kushi-ya, Hilton Hotels, Not­ting­ham Good Food Part­ner­ship, Not­ting­ham Street Food Club, Porter­house by Bar­lows, Alex Bond, and Great Food and Drink Festivals.
