The Gas Centre at Nottingham College was once one of the largest training and assessment centres in the East Midlands, providing accreditation services for the gas, water and heating industry.

Over the years, many organisations used the Gas Centre in Basford, from apprentices during their process of becoming gas qualified, to the retraining of our established engineers.

Today, the space once used by the Gas Centre is now being repurposed to accommodate growing demand for other curriculum areas within construction, alongside Basford's Construction Skills Centre.
