Your Look Hair and Beauty Salon is a modern industry-standard salon dedicated to hair and beauty courses, in the heart of Nottingham.

There’s no better way to experience the buzz of the hair and beauty industry than in a busy city centre salon. Having opened in September 2014, the salon has built up a well-respected reputation with the public.

We have a dedicated, passionate and award winning team of hair and beauty lecturers, all with years of experience in the industry. We’re all set up to give you a great start to your career, offering you continual professional development in your chosen field and the opportunity to work with premium partners and brands.

Commercial Salons

The fully equipped hairdressing, barbering and beauty salons, located at the Adams Building and Wheeler Gate, are open to the general public which means they are the perfect place for our hairdressing and beauty students to learn in a work like environment.

Travel information

There are bus stops a very short walk away, and the site is easily accessible by the majority of Nottingham’s bus routes.

The Old Market Square tram stop is about 3 minutes walk from the salon.

Nottingham Railway Station is about 10 minutes walk from us. For further information on train times and operators check the East Midlands Trains website.

There are a number of multi-storey car parks within a few minutes walk of the salon. For more information about car parking in Nottingham please visit nottinghamcity.gov.uk/parking

Additional Information

Food and Drink

Being located in the heart of the city centre, the salon is close to many food outlets for students to access.

However, the Food for Thought refectory at our Adams Building or City Hub campus is only a short walk away and offers hot and cold meals, drinks and snacks.
