Our annual Graduation ceremony has returned to Nottingham’s Albert Hall! We celebrated the achievements of our graduates with over 500 attendees as well as their tutors, Chief Executive and Principal Janet Smith, our Leadership Team and Governors.

The Lord Mayor of Nottingham, Councillor Carole McCulloch and the Chairman of Nottinghamshire County Council, Councillor John Ogle also joined us to celebrate the prestigious event.

The ceremony opened with a procession led by Nottingham College Chief Executive and Principal, Janet Smith. She said:

We’re all thrilled to be here today to celebrate your achievements and to show how proud we are of each and every one of you.

Higher Education at Nottingham College is excellent and I’m so proud of it. We exist to ensure that access to higher education has a wide and diverse reach, enabling all who choose an academic path, to access our provision.

Award winner

I benefitted from the support from my lecturer, the flexibility that Nottingham College has and not only the academic support but the friendly environment.

I will be studying my level 6 at Nottingham College. I applied for another University but changed to Nottingham College because I knew they would provide the support I needed.

Salumeh Abady — Graduate of the Year for Outstanding Achievement

Congratulations to all of our graduates!
