· Building and maintaining positive relationships with employers, providing excellent customer service and acting as a key point of contact throughout the placement journey.

· Planning and supporting employer engagement events, networking activities, placement briefings and meetings that strengthen partnerships and create opportunities for students.

· Monitoring and tracking the learner placement journey through relevant systems, ensuring accurate records, reporting and timely interventions where required.

· Managing work placement compliance, quality assurance and reporting requirements, ensuring all documentation and processes meet College and funding body expectations.

What you'll bring

You'll be a highly organised and customer-focused administrator who enjoys building positive relationships and delivering an excellent service. You'll be confident working with employers, colleagues and students, balancing strong administrative skills with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and event coordination.

You'll ideally have:

· A strong background in administration, coordination, customer service or account management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Excellent relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with employers, act as a key point of contact and maintain positive ongoing partnerships.

· A customer-focused approach, providing a responsive, solutions-focused service to both internal and external stakeholders.

· The ability to plan, organise and support events, meetings and employer engagement activities, ensuring a professional and positive stakeholder experience.

· Strong data management and IT skills, including working with databases, reporting systems and management information systems, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective coordination, stakeholder engagement and the management of enquiries across a wide range of audiences.
