When you first enrol at Nottingham College, you will receive an email with your college account details. This normally happens within 24 hours of your enrolment being completed and being made "active".
This email will contain a username and password for your account.
Your username will be your student number followed by @student.nottinghamcollege.ac.uk, for example 123456@student.nottinghamcollege.ac.uk.
The password is a 10-character randomly generated string of numbers and capital letters such as "9AA123BBBC". This is to meet the minimum password complexity and cybersecurity requirements, but don't worry, this can be changed once you have logged in for the first time.
Your student email is also your Nottingham College student account, which will be used for accessing a variety of systems at Nottingham College, including signing into any college PC or laptop, Microsoft 365 services (such as OneDrive, Teams, Office) and more.
If you are logging into your student account for the first time, you will be asked to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA). You can follow our MFA guide to get set up and the come back to this page.
