This course is perfect for anyone wanting to start a career in the make-up industry or upskill their current knowledge within the bridal make-up sector.

During the course, you will learn:

Communication and consultation techniques
Contra-indications to make-up application
Health, safety and hygiene
Make-up preparation
Completing a make-up service and adapting to create different make-up looks
Understand how to use airbrushing techniques to enhance make-up application
Completing bridal hair including various styles of hair up
Home and after care

You can expect a dedicated team of lecturers who still work in the industry, so have up to date skills and experience.

This course will be a hands-on learning experience to ensure you get a solid grounding in the main application of a bridal hair and make-up using high quality products.

Practical skills will be assessed when carrying out a make-up service on a model and completion of an end of unit test which will be graded pass or refer. Please note you will be asked to provide your own model.
