Our Catering and Hospitality department at Nottingham College works hand‑in‑hand with industry to ensure every learner develops the skills, confidence, and professionalism employers value.
Our Industry Advisory Board meets annually to review emerging hospitality trends and evolving standards, giving employers a direct voice in shaping our training. Their insight ensures our curriculum remains relevant, practical, and closely aligned with real‑world expectations whilst using local businesses to co-deliver across the curriculum.
With nine specialist qualifications ranging from Entry 3 to 3 different level 3 qualifications, four fully equipped training kitchens, and our on‑site restaurant, we provide hands‑on learning for more than 240 aspiring professionals each year. Our team of 14 expert lecturers bring extensive global industry experience, offering learners authentic guidance and high‑quality training. Together, we prepare the future workforce of the catering and hospitality sector—skilled, creative, and ready to thrive.

Limited car parking is only available for Blue Badge Holders (off Rancliffe Street). There is no general on-site parking for staff, students or visitors, but there are several multi-storey car parks within a few minutes' walk of the campus.
