Alternative/Quiet Graduation
We are also offering an alternative quiet graduation option, which will take place in a smaller room within the City Hub campus without an audience or music. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll get back to you with more details.
Event timetable for Graduation
Doors open early at 9:30 am so that graduates can have the option of going for lunch with their guests or having family photographs taken wearing their academic gown.
Gowning and photography can take time, so to avoid any queues, it's a good idea to come early if you can.
All we ask is that all graduates check in and register before 11:15 am at the very latest, as many things need to be checked before the ceremony can actually start.

Limited car parking is only available for Blue Badge Holders (off Rancliffe Street). There is no general on-site parking for staff, students or visitors but there are several multi-storey car parks within a few minutes' walk of the campus.
