Want to apply for a course with us this September, but not sure how? We’ve put together a step-by-step guide of the process to help you.

It is a quick process that consists of 6 pages, and you can press save and finish later at any time to come back to the application.

  1. Click the 3 lines on the top right-hand corner of the home screen, or press the apply now button on the course page
  2. Select the course area you’re interested in (this is the broad area, for example construction, catering, art and design etc)
  3. Select the course you want to study (this is the specific course, for example Beauty Therapy Level 2)
  4. Select a course option. This should only e one option for most FE courses and will just specify the campus and start date of the course
  5. You’ll be taken to the log in page. If you already have an account with us, you can just sign in. If you don’t have an account, you’ll just need to press create an account.
  6. To create an account, you will need to fill out your full name, preferred name, email address, date of birth, phone number and create a password. We advise you don’t use a school email address for this as when you leave, you won’t have access anymore. We also advise you use your own email address rather than a parent/carer and keep an eye on your email!
  7. You will then be asked to fill out more personal details. This includes things like your title, gender at birth, gender identity and address etc. We recommend you fill out as much of this as possible to make your process go quicker at enrolment.
  8. The next page is for further details, this means information about your emergency contact, nationality/residency, safeguarding questions and support needs. When filling out your emergency contact, it is preferred that you provide the details of a parent/family member or carer, rather than a friend or partner.
  9. Next, you’ll be asked to fill out your qualifications. You can fill this out with previous qualifications you have already achieved, or if you are waiting to get your GCSE results, you can use predicted grades. Please tell us your most recent qualifications, for most people applying it will be your predicted GCSE grades.
  10. Following on, you will be taken to the declaration page. This tells you how we’ll use your data/information that you have filled in and ask you your communication preferences.
  11. The final step is to review your application. Just read through the details you have filled in and check they are all correct. You can edit information by clicking the edit button in the relevant section.
  12. Once you’ve checked everything seems right, hit “submit application”

You will then here from us through the email address you have provided, and you can check the progress tracker by logging in on our website too.
