Our highly successful End of Year show has come to a close! It all started with the HE Art show displayed at our Adams Building, followed by our Creative Showcase exhibitions held at Nottingham Contemporary and the Media Show at our City Hub Campus. The shows concluded with a dazzling fashion show against the backdrop of Nottingham's St. Mary's Gate Church, and it successfully amazed the audience consisting of friends, family, College staff, and guests.

The shows concluded with a dazzling fashion show against the backdrop of Nottingham's St. Mary's Gate Church, and it successfully amazed the audience consisting of friends, family, College staff, and guests.
The exciting shows featured a wide range of innovative and original collections, including a mix of styles, themes, and materials, from urban streetwear to traditional clothing.
We had the opportunity to speak with some students who shared how significant the shows were to them. Owen Doyle, a Level 3 Fashion and Textiles student, drew inspiration from nature for his screen-printed fabric, aiming to bring a mid-century modern feel. When asked about the show, he said, "I was very nervous, but excited. It was amazing to see all the hard work finally coming together! The tutors guided me all the way, but also taught us how to work independently," said Owen.
Neus Roig Saenz, a Foundation Degree in Fashion student, faced a back injury while completing her final project. In spite of this, with the support from her tutors, she was able to showcase her Japanese-inspired work, which was worn by her son on the catwalk!
